More than 100 people were killed and another 220 injured after an earthquake on December 18 in north-west China, state media reported.The magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck on Monday night in Jishishan County, Linxia Prefecture in Gansu at a depth of 10 kilometres, the China Seismological Network said.Video posted by the Shaanxi Provincial Fire Rescue Corps shows emergency crews digging through building rubble and pulling people out.State media agency Xinhua reported on Tuesday morning that 100 people had been killed in Gansu, while 11 were killed in Qinghai.
