Snow plow driver found in Ellicott City dies from shooting

A private snow plow driver found at a school suffering from gunshot wounds died overnight, police said. Alex Ramirez Garcia, 37, of Gwynn Oak, was clearing snow from the parking lot of a Montessori school in the 4400 block of Montgomery Road on Wednesday when he was shot, according to Howard County police.
