Justice League Unlimited (JLU) is a Warner Bros. Animation production that aired on Cartoon Network. Showcasing numerous DC Comics superheroes, it's specifically based on the Justice League team and is a sequel to the preceding animated series. JLU, which premiered on July 31, 2004, and ended on May 13, 2006, was the final series in the DC animated universe that began with Batman: The Animated Series in 1992.
