Why do I dwell on the one nasty message I get instead of the lovely ones I receive too?

What a marvellous bunch you are. I don’t say this often enough, and today I would like to rectify that. A few weeks ago, I wrote a column about online abuse, featuring some of the less savoury messages I receive on a regular basis.
