Attorney breaks down how Northern California fentanyl related murder trial led to a mistrial

A Placer County fentanyl murder case that stretches back to 2022 has been delayed after a judge ruled it a mistrial. The court will start the process of selecting a new jury and a local attorney says this needs to happen to avoid a future appeal.
