Athens receives $800K grant to add bicycle lanes, more to Hawthorne, Oglethorpe, Alps

Athens won an $800,000 federal grant to improve Hawthorne Avenue, Oglethorpe Avenue and Alps Road to possibly include bicycle lanes.
