The benchmark U.S. Treasury yield rose to its highest level in three weeks on Friday, as a mixed batch of data signaled a still-resilient economy, boosting expectations for fewer interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve this year. Benchmark 10-year notes' yields were last up 1.4 basis points (bps) at 4.310%, their highest since Feb. 22.
