Male pedestrian killed in crash Saturday night, Sacramento police say

A man is dead Saturday night following a crash involving a vehicle, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Officials said around 9:20 p.m., officers responded to Folsom Boulevard near Juilliard Drive for reports of a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. When on scene, Sacramento Fire officials performed life-saving measures on the adult man – who had significant injuries – but were unsuccessful.
