Mar. 27—The Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities (BCBDD) has hired Lee Ann Emmons as superintendent, effective May 1. Current Superintendent Lisa Guliano will remain on staff into May to help with the transition. Emmons, a former BCBDD employee, worked in various roles from 2008-2021 when she took a position as director of IMPACT Innovation at the University of Cincinnati. Emmons …
