Letters: Royal Mail’s stamp fiasco is just another case of contempt for the British consumer

SIR – Royal Mail’s £5 charge for customers who receive forged stamps (Leading Article, April 12) is misguided and unjust. These people have done nothing wrong, and are being penalised for a crime that others have committed.
