Capsized canoe victims rescued from Horseshoe Lake by two sheriff’s office deputies

Apr. 12—Two men in their 60s were rescued from frigid waters of Horseshoe Lake on Thursday by Spokane County Sheriff's deputies, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
