Texas Woman Charged Over Death Threat to Judge in Trump Federal Criminal Case

    A Texas woman was arrested and charged with threatening U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, the federal judge assigned to former President Donald Trump’s election subversion case. The woman, 43-year-old Abigail Jo Shry, made death threats in a voice mail left for the judge earlier this month, a federal agent wrote in an affidavit. The judge is overseeing Trump’s case surrounding his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.
