New apartment building planned for downtown Sacramento would replace ‘dilapidated property’

    A new apartment building planned for downtown Sacramento would bring hundreds of units and retail space to a troubled area of the city. The apartment building would replace a vacant property at the corner of 10th and J streets right next to Cesar Chavez Plaza. Los Angeles-based project management company T.A. Group recently submitted an application to the City of Sacramento to get the development approved.
