Heavy Rain Floods Park in West Hartford, Connecticut

Heavy rain led to flooding in the Hartford metro area on Wednesday, September 13, as severe thunderstorms continued to affect Connecticut and other New England states.Several communities were under flood warnings across Connecticut, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
