Delaying net zero will only damage Britain

When I signed net zero into law, if you had told me then that four years later over 80 per cent of countries, covering 93 per cent of global GDP, would have committed to a net zero target, I wouldn’t have believed you. Net Zero is now an economic reality that is driving markets and economies, investments and growth. The energy transition and net zero is happening, and no matter what politicians think or do, it is here to stay.
