Two alleged drug dealers were arrested for the killing of an 11-year-old boy outside an Albuquerque baseball stadium this month that prompted New Mexico's governor to impose a controversial gun carry ban in the state's largest city, police said. Jose Romero, 22, and Nathen Garley, 21 were held for the shooting which spurred Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham to temporarily suspend firearm carry rights for a "cooling off period" in one of the most violent U.S. cities.
