Old Town residents still without water, though repair crews are ‘making progress’

Nearly 6 weeks after Tropical Storm Hilary devastated Mount Charleston, residents and emergency crews are making progress on cleanup efforts. Our Paulina Bucka spoke to residents about the repairs.
