KCK man charged with involuntary manslaughter after crash killed girlfriend, toddler

An investigation found the Jeep was traveling between 92 to 94 mph in a 40 mph zone while allegedly racing when it hit a Honda, according to court documents. The man’s girlfriend and toddler died.
