Tax rise fear as 360,000 extra NHS staff proposal ‘underfunded’

The NHS has failed to plan how it will pay the wages of the 360,000 extra staff it intends to recruit, a Public Accounts Committee (PAC) report has warned, raising fears of tax rises.
