SBF Talks About the ‘New York Times Test’

Sam Bankman-Fried tells the jury that while working as a trader at Jane Street Capital, he learned a firm practice that was called the New York Times test. Employees were warned not to put anything in writing that they wouldn’t be comfortable ending up on the front page of the newspaper, Bankman-Fried said.
