City to address increase of car thefts

    As Baltimore City sees a rise in stolen vehicles, leaders are set to address what they're doing about it. Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, Baltimore Police Commissioner Rich Worley and representatives from the city's Department of Transportation are scheduled to hold a news conference at 11 a.m. Monday to highlight the city's efforts to address stolen vehicles. It comes as some City Council members have called on the city to take action.
