President Biden told donors Friday that his efforts to normalize relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia are part of the reason Hamas launched a deadly attack on Israel. “One of the reasons why they acted like they did…why Hamas moved on Israel…because they knew I was about to sit down with the Saudis,” Biden said during a Washington fundraiser Friday evening.
