Brooks Houck’s bond will remain $10 million in Crystal Rogers case. Judge denies reduction

A Nelson County judge admitted that a $10 million bond is high, but he wrote in a court order Monday that the bond needed to remain the same to assure Houck’s cooperation in the case.
