Facing sexual harassment allegations, California Office of Emergency Services Deputy Director Ryan Buras is resigning. KCRA 3 Investigates confirmed Buras submitted his resignation letter on Jan. 5, less than two weeks before news broke of a lawsuit being filed against him.
