Cleveland Suburbs Wake Up to Heavy Snow

Heavy lake-effect snow hit the Great Lakes region on Tuesday, November 28, with conditions expected to deteriorate throughout the day in the Cleveland area, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.A lake-effect snow warning was in place for Cuyahoga County until midnight, with the NWS reporting snowfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour.Parts of Lake County had already received 11 inches of snow by Tuesday morning, the agency said.Lawrence Taylor took this footage in Garfield Heights, a suburb south of Cleveland, on Tuesday morning.
