Councils cancel bonfire nights after cost of fireworks explodes

Bonfire nights across the country are being cancelled after the price of fireworks shot up. A string of councils have called off Guy Fawkes night celebrations due to spiralling costs of fireworks alongside increasing budgetary pressures.
