Disney pulls ESPN, ABC cable channels from Charter Spectrum

    Disney (DIS) pulled its channels, including ESPN and ABC, from Spectrum's cable services after a disagreement over contract fees. Spectrum is owned by Charter Communications (CHTR), the second-largest U.S. cable provider.
