Dozens dead in Hanoi apartment fire

Dozens of people died in a fire at an apartment block in Vietnam's capital Hanoi, state media said Wednesday, with witnesses reporting screams from inside and a small boy thrown from the building.Another witness, Huong, said a small boy was thrown from a high floor to help him escape the flames.
