Activist investor Carl Icahn struck a deal for two JetBlue Airways board seats just days after he unveiled a nearly 10% stake in the struggling airline. The billionaire, who turns 88 years old Friday, and the airline reached a settlement agreement in which two of Icahn’s lieutenants, Jesse Lynn and Steven Miller, will join its board. The Wall Street Journal reported earlier Friday that the two sides were nearing a deal.
