A man has been charged with murder in the deaths of two women on Indy's east side near 21st and N. Mitthoeffer Road. According to court documents, filed on Friday in Marion County, 30-year-old David Hiner has been arrested and charged with murder in relation to the death of 58-year-old Shannon Juanita Lassere on Jan. 27 and the death of 52-year-old Marianne Weis on Feb. 1.
