Flooding caused by Storm Babet didn’t stop at streets or houses, but even partly submerged a golf course in Cork on Wednesday, October 18.Footage published to X by Monkstown Golf Club shows a stream flowing through the course that’s become swollen after heavy rain.The storm caused serious damage in County Cork, submerging cars and ruining homes and businesses.The storm had moved to the UK by October 19, with some red rain warnings in place for Scotland.
