The Justice League, Earth's top heroes, are seen as potential threats by Batman should they go rogue. Batman has secretly compiled plans to neutralize each member if necessary. When these plans are stolen by villain Vandal Savage, the League faces a serious threat from Savage's Legion of Doom, who aim for world destruction.
