Man found shot in car at Elk Grove gas station Saturday night, police say

A man was taken to the hospital Saturday night after being found with gunshot wounds in a vehicle at a gas station, the Elk Grove Police Department said. Police said the person was found around 10 p.m. at an ampm on Sheldon and East Stockton roads. Detectives said they determined the shooting happened in the city of Sacramento and not at the gas station.
