Dec. 16—MIDLAND — After a thorough and careful evaluation, Midland Independent School District has made the decision to recommend to the Board of Trustees, during the regular board meeting Dec. 19, the discontinuation of the contract with REACH Network that oversees Bunche Elementary and Goddard Junior High as an 1882 partner.
