Negotiations with Hamas delayed efforts to get hundreds of foreign nationals out of Gaza, a U.S. official said Friday. More than 400 people—including some Americans—were allowed to leave Gaza earlier this week. The official said all sides agreed to a Hamas request to allow wounded Palestinians to enter Egypt through the Rafah crossing along with foreign nationals.
