New Orleans schools to cancel, delay classes citing the heavy fog, smoke in surrounding area

Several schools across the New Orleans area will either have a delayed start or be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 24 due to heavy fog and the smoke from the underground marsh fire in New Orleans East.
