Night Court: Season 2

Optimistic Abby Stone follows her late father's footsteps as a judge in a Manhattan night court. She is passionate about justice and works to bring order to the court's quirky characters. Abby enlists Dan Fielding, a former district attorney, as the court's public defender, challenging him to reveal his empathetic side. Together, they deal with Olivia, an ambitious assistant district attorney, and Neil, a neurotic clerk, both of whom must adapt to the new judge's idealistic approach to justice.
