Police arrest teens in connection with carjacking investigation

    Baltimore police took several teenagers into custody in connection with carjacking and stolen car investigations. City police said Foxtrot received a license plate reader alert around 6:30 p.m. Saturday for a carjacking vehicle in the area of Edmondson Avenue and South Monroe Street. Police said Foxtrot tracked a 2008 Toyota Prius to the 1700 block of Hollins Street, where a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy fled into a house in the 1600 block of Frederick Avenue.
