Stocks Tick Lower as Fed Jitters Set In

    The stock market was flirting with declines Tuesday as jitters about the Federal Reserve's annual Jackson Hole symposium set in. The Nasdaq Composite was flat. One worry for the market is what it might get from Fed Chairman Jerome Powell’s speech at the Jackson Hole conference later this week.
