Stretch of Lougheed Highway closed as WorkSafeBC investigates crane incident, say Burnaby RCMP

A stretch of Lougheed Highway has been closed as WorkSafeBC investigates an incident involving a crane, RCMP say. Lougheed Highway between Gilmore Avenue and Madison Avenue is expected to be closed for several hours and drivers are asked to find alternate routes, Burnaby RCMP said Friday afternoon.The RCMP will provide an update on social media when the highway reopens.
