Ukraine accuses Russia of deliberately exploiting Odesa Oblast’s geography as Russian drones crash in Romania

Russia has deliberately taken advantage of the geographical features of Ukraine’s Odesa Oblast by launching kamikaze drones in close proximity to the state border with Romania, Natalia Humeniuk, a spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, said during a briefing on Sept. 4.
