What does Biden’s $100 billion ask mean to the national debt?

A local economist says Biden's ask of 105 billion dollars is a lot of money, but adding it to our national debt shouldn't have an immediate negative impact on our economy. Doctor Bill Craighead with the UCCS Economic Forum says our national debt is currently a concern, not a crisis.
