Wisconsin Senate poised to give final approval to bill banning gender-affirming surgery

Gender-affirming surgery for minors would be banned in Wisconsin under a Republican-sponsored bill up for final approval in the GOP-controlled Legislature on Tuesday. Democratic Gov.
