Woman arrested after fatal hit-and-run on I-75

Karlton Matthew Kincaid, 32, was killed when a driver traveling north on I-75 collided with his friend's car before leaving the scene of the crash. A passenger in the car, Kincaid was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
