Woman who died in Kern River identified as San Bernardino resident

Oct. 31—A woman found dead last month in the Kern River has been identified as a 32-year-old San Bernardino resident. The Kern County Sheriff's Office said in a news release Tuesday that Jessica Mendoza is the woman whose body was found Sept. 30 near Delonegha Hot Springs.
