‘You’re messing with my safety’: Iowa apartment complex without heat for months

Residents of Cardinal Lofts in Shelby, IA told KETV they've been without heat since November. Many using space heaters to stay warm through below zero temperatures, but now those space heaters are creating a danger for residents.
